It’s a two-fer, this time.
SHORTCUT:
Shift + F2
CTRL + Shift + o
PURPOSE:
Um, commenting, duh.
FURTHER EXPLANATION:
The first shortcut insert comments; the second selects all cells with comments (for easy deletion, etc.)
