- Virgin Atlantic has a very LBOy billboard en route to JFK. I was too slow to take a pic, but it resembles a giant luggage tag with lines for “Name” and “Address.” The kicker is a line for “Companies Bought/Sold.” Welcome to Upper Class!
- It costs $225 a day to rent a cabana at the rooftop pool of the Peninsula Beverly Hills. If you’re not renting a cabana, you’d better get there ass early.
- There are no exit numbers on California freeways.
- The guy to girl ratio at the LA bar we visited was way in favor of the guys. LA-ers - is this normal?
- Out in LA, if you’re a teenage or better yet pre-pubescent girl, you should act as if you are at least 30. But if you’re pushing 45 or 50 … act only marginally older than the age of your youngest daughter. Regardless of age, every woman should dress around 15 - 20ish.
