  • Bank on Bank Street: Reuters reports that sources say Barclays is interested in a 300,000 sq ft space at 300 Bank Street in London.
  • Doin’ it Like Goldy: Get ready for a longer commute JPMorgan Chase workers — JPMorgan is threatening to move its Park Ave workers to Stamford or Jersey if it doesn’t get Goldman-like tax breaks for a new tower near Ground Zero. The NYTimes reports that though Chase has already gotten ~ $100MM in subsidies, breaks and so forth, it wants more — akin to what Goldman got in ‘05.
  • Stamford, Ho: The Royal Bank of Scotland is spending $400MM building its North America HQ in Stamford, reports the NYT.
