Fight the power! Why give in to loud, noisy helicopters when you can take a seaplane?
Shoreline Aviation runs a regular service from 23rd Street and the East River to East Hampton Airport. The 2007 schedule offered up multiple flights a day on Thursday and Friday, with two returns on Sunday and two on Monday.
One-way fares are slightly cheaper than heli counterparts at $425. Flights take approximately 35 minutes. The service runs 5/15 - Columbus Day.
