“Tahoe Gal”: Another Stanford GSB Snafu?
By BankersBall on Oct 2, 2007 in Emails & Diversions, Exit Strategy, M.B.A.: means business, a**hole
You might remember that email describing a Stanford GSB party-gone-wild that an anon tipster forwarded to us. Somehow, someway, we have gotten our hands on another email concerning what appears to be another snafu at the B-school.
Names have been deleted, but a search on the sender’s name turned up one LinkedIn profile with Stanford GSB listed, as did three others CC’d on the email with distinctive names, I might add.
Note that we did not add that reference to Bankers Ball — really, we didn’t.
For those unfamiliar with the Bay Area, I assume the “Tahoe” portion of “Tahoe Gal” refers to Lake Tahoe, which is a ski destination several hours from the San Francisco Bay Area, and I imagine a common enough destination for Stanford GSBers.
So, Tahoegate. Anyone? Bueller?

All,
Trying to solve this without getting student life involved is a bad
call. We need to let them know the situation and the facts so that they
can handle it in a way that maintains the reputation of the GSB.
Otherwise, we are going to wind us [sic] seeing this on Banker’s Ball like the
incident from last year.

What’s the incident? Did they start the fire at Tahoe this summer? Isn’t it a bit early for skiing? Perhaps GSB trips to Tahoe involve blizzards of a different variety…

Boooring… Who cares about a partial email which doesn’t have any details? Maybe next post can be Grandma’s escapades with the gardner.
