Here’s the file. The file is saying the creator was someone from Credit Suisse, although that could have been changed along the way. A snippet below:

    some more problems with this model, which is quite clearly a ML piece of junk (look at the bull). the terminal value assumes perpetuity growth which is clearly not the case, and an exit multiple. funny, i didn’t think bankers were for sale.
