Want to send an Excel 2007 file on, but remove all of your digital fingerprints?
Let’s say you’re working on a spreadsheet that you think may get forwarded around. There’s potentially a lot of personal info in there, but if you have Excel 2007, you can use Document Inspector to strip it out.

SHORTCUT:
Click Rainbow squares in left-hand corner (the universal office button). Select “Prepare” then “Inspect Document.” You can choose to remove all info, or just some of it.
PURPOSE:
Stay paranoid. Stay alive.
