Quick tips on how to wade through that mess that is your inbox.

One thing I’m gradually realizing about BBusers is that, though most are quite heavy users, the shortcut/tips proficiency is definitely not Excel-esque (me included). A casual poll reveals that some do not know the basics of Inbox shortcutting, such as the below.
Alt + I = filter by Incoming messages only
Alt + O = filter by Outgoing messages only
Alt + P = filter by Phone calls
Alt + V = filter by Voicemails
Alt + S = filter by Text Messages (SMS)
