New York-based organization for women in finance. Membership requires at least 4 years of employment in the financial sector, in addition to sponsorship by existing members and attendance at events. Associate membership is available to those who have only worked for 1 year in finance and/or are students.

FWA’s networking and career development events are open to non-members as well.

The org also runs Wall Street Exchange, a summer mentorship/networking program open to college juniors who have secured (or are trying to secure) financial positions (either at a finance co or a finance position at a non finance co). A GPA of at least 3.0 and an application is required for the program.
