Chelsea Clinton’s banker boyfriend is reportedly buying a new place.

Flatiron is the place to be if you’re part of the hedge funder-banker couple that is Chelsea Clinton and her banker boyfriend, Marc Mezvinsky. NYMag reports, citing an anonymous source, that times are far from rough for at least one Goldman banker. Mezvinsky has reportedly closed on a $3.8MM, 3 bedroom condo in Flatiron (2,000 sq ft).

Chelsea, who works at hedge fund Avenue Capital, reportedly lives in the Gramercy Park neighborhood.
