BigLaw Compensation & Salary Report

Well, we dedicated a long survey to investment banking comp, so why not a survey of at least half the questions for our BigLaw contingent?

We hear that while first year salaries are well known and indeed even published by law firms (we found an example of one on a prominent law firm’s website), the latter years are harder to ferret out.

So, this survey will help get those numbers back in check. Because what you really want is the same salaries for all! No? No! Yes?

The steps are pretty basic. Here you go:

Step 2: View the results.
Step 3a: Believe the results — celebrate. Go do some lines in the bathroom.
Step 3b: Believe the results — realize you’re going to have to work 10 more years to make serious money.
Step 3c: Think the results are fake. Oh well. What else were you going to do for 5 minutes?
