Attention, job hunters: anonymous sources tell the Observer that Bear Stearns, which already has space in 237 Park Ave, has plans to suck up another 106,000 sq ft of space in the building, which is the home of, among other things, the illustrious (a reader says a better descriptor would be “old”) Bobby Van’s steakhouse. Whether they’re just shifting people around, consolidating into that building, or perhaps amping up hiring is anyone’s guess.

Of course nearby are Bear’s worldwide HQ at 383 Madison and the Observer reports, 320 Park. via DealBook.
