We do not provide any user information to third parties which is not publicly accessible on BankersBall.com (the “Website”). Although we do not provide user information to third parties, we are not responsible for information collection by parties who advertise on this site. Each of these third parties is solely responsible for this information.

Comments/Sidetawk
Users can choose to comment on posts or participate in the “Sidetawk” bulletin board by entering a username and/or email address on our site. An email address is not required for commenting on articles, but is required for the Sidetawk forum. We do not pass this information on to third parties. If you sign up for the site or for Sidetawk, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

BankersBall does not control the information, data, text, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials (”Content”) available on the Website. BankersBall does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of comments or reviews on the website.
