For lack of anything better today, we present … pictures to gawk at!
One reader tipped us off to photos of the REFI (that’s Real Estate Finance & Investment) awards ceremony for 2006, with the tantalizing question of guessing who’s drunk. We don’t know, since we weren’t there, but somehow looking at pictures of people you don’t know never gets old.

The website of European private equity firm Cinven amused another contributor to no end with its double shots (one Happy! one Serious) of each of its people. — although some of them have two Happy shots instead of one Happy and one Serious, so maybe they’re just happy over there.
