The hard hitters at MSN report that bankers on the Street are keeping the fire burning more than ever through the use of d.r.u.g.s.

Cocaine, that grand dame of Wall Street drugs, is figuring prominently, as well as drug du jour OxyContin, says Alden Cass, a psychologist with Wall Street clientele.

Twentysomethings power through their days thanks to Ritalin and Adderall, while other under-the-radar choices are pain-related scrips, often gotten for injuries.

“To my knowledge, we have not seen an uptick in drug use,” Morgan Stanley spokeswoman Jean Marie McFadden told MSN. Other bulge brackets spokespeople didn’t respond to the article.
